I really enjoy working with this shopping cart program; however, there are a few things that can be as clear as mud

Below are a few answers to commonly asked questions which may make your shopping experience a bit more enjoyable.

Why aren't your listings in alphabetical order?
 
Items within a categoy (or sub-category) can be displayed in several different orders.  It is up to you.  And can be changed as follows:
  • Just above the item, on the right side, you will see a dropdown option box with an arrow.  It generally defaults to "NAME". 
  • Choose the option you wish.
  • Click on the "sort" button
  • Voila!  If you chose "NAME" the items will be in alphabetical order.
I have reached the checkout but a message keeps telling me my cart is empty.
 
Sometimes this happens if you haven't registered an account with the site.  If you have registered your account and are still receiving the error OR if you do not want to create an account, please call me at 877-942-1746 to place your order over the phone.  I will be happy to talk to you!
