How is shipping calculated?
At this time most orders are shipped free. The exceptions are the Sudberry House items. Shipping on these items will be actual cost and we will notify you of the shipping charge.
Do you charge a handling fee?
No.
What type of shipping services do you use?
We generally ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Do you offer any other type of shipping service?
If you need us to ship your purchases via another service or carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEX) please contact us to discuss options and costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. We use USPS International First Class or Priority when shipping outside the USA. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of you purchases. Please email us the items you would like to purchase and we will send you a Paypal invoice with the shipping charge to your location.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Within the USA - We cannot send you a duplicate order if yours does not arrive or is damaged in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that you add insurance to any purchase, especially those of high value.
Outside the USA - Due to the limitations and cost of International USPS insurance, we do not offer insurance on purchases shipped outside the USA.
*Chipmunk Cove is not responsible for damage or loss to your items once we have posted them at the post office. This holds true whether shipment is inside or outside the USA. We regret that this is the case, but business dictates this rule.*
Do you ever offer free shipping?
Free shipping is offered to all US and Canada orders (not including Sudberry House items).
We do not offer any free shipping internationally at this time.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the copyright nature of most of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you feel a return is necessary and it is not a product with a copyright, please contact us to discuss your options.
