Do You Sell Customer's Information
NO! Your privacy is important to us. Chipmunk Cove will never sell or distribute your personal information to anyone without your authorization. The information you provide for purchase and shipping purposes is used solely for those purposes.
Do you send unsolicited email?
NO! You may receive email notification from us regarding your order. If we have questions, or if there is a problem with your order, we will try to contact you. If you email us a question or comment, sign up for the newsletter, sign up for notification of specials/sales, or request a return email from us for any reason, we will take that as your permission for us to contact you using your email address. We will not use your email for solicitiation of any other type.
How can I pay for my order?
At this time we accept several payment methods.
Do you charge sales tax?
Michigan customers are charged 6% sales tax. No sales tax is charged to customers from other states.
Do you offer any discounts? We offer a Military discount to active duty, veterans, and military retirees. If you are a member of one of these catagories, please include this information in the comments section of your order, or call us to place your order. Do you have permission to use the logos from other companies?
YES! Chipmunk Cove has obtained permission from various designers, distributors, and manufacturers to use their logos. These logos may not be used in any manner without the consent of the owners. If you need to use these logos for any reason, we can supply you with the contact information to obtain authorization from the respective owners.
