Special Orders
Do you do special orders?
A large portion of our business involves special orders. We have many vendors who can provide us with almost any stitching product. Please visit our Favorite Links page for a partial listing of our vendors and their websites. Whether it's a special fabric, frame, chart, scissors, or any other stitching item, we will probably be able to acquire it for you quickly.
When are special orders placed?
We place special orders EVERY Monday. This means that if you let us know what you would like to order by 8AM EST on any Monday, we will have it ready to ship out to you by Thursday or Friday of that week. If there is a backorder with the vendor, or any other delay in your order, we will let you know right away.
Do you charge extra for special orders?
No. As long as you don't mind waiting an extra couple of days, we cover any extra shipping costs the vendor may charge.
What if I can't wait an extra couple of days?
Items can generally be shipped overnight to us from vendors. If you need an item this quickly, please contact us to discuss your options and costs.
Do you require any minimums on special orders?
Never!
